2、商标转让所需文件：
(1)《转让申请/注册商标申请书》;
(2)转让人和受让人的身份证明文件(复印件);
(3)委托代理的提交出转让方与受让人分别出具的《代理委托书》，直接在受理大厅办理的提交受让方经办人的身份证原件和复印件;
(4)申请移转的，还应当提交有关证明文件;
(5)申请文件为外文的，还应提供经翻译机构签章确认的中文译本。
